Authors
We are a team of Johns Hopkins' physicians and epidemiologists of multidisciplinary expertise with a common interest in health issues facing men and a common goal of bringing a focus on men's health to the primary care setting.

Arthur L. Burnett, MD, FACS has become an established expert in the areas of major pelvic reconstruction, voiding dysfunction, female urology, prostate cancer, and erectile dysfunction. This expertise is built on academic studies regarding surgical anatomy of the pelvis, advances in surgical techniques of genital and pelvic reconstructive surgery, and basic science research contributions in the fundamental aspects of pelvic organ function.

Bill Clarke, PhD, is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Clinical Chemistry from the Department of Pathology . Research interests include proteomic studies involving organ transplants and clinical analyte method development.

Adrian S. Dobs, MD, MHS, Professor, Endocrinology and Oncology, Research interest and clinical expertise in male sexual dysfunction

Peter J. Fagan, PhD, is Associate Professor of Medical Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He is Director of the Center for Marital and Sexual Health located in Green Spring Station and Director of the Sexual Behaviors Consultation Unit, the hospital based teaching unit of the Center. Dr. Fagan is Past President of the Society for Sex Therapy and Research . His research and clinical interests have been the relationship between personality and sexual disorders and the sexual issues of patients with chronic medical illnessess.

Jonathan Jarow, MD, is Associate Professor, Urology. Research interests and clinical expertise include prostate cancer, male infertility and erectile dysfunction.

Donna Karasic, Pharm. D., is Research Pharmacist at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Claude Migeon, M.D. is Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology. Dr. Migeon's research interests include the development of children affected by syndromes of abnormal sex differentiation.

Alex J. Rai, PhD, is a Clinical and Research Fellow, Dept. of Pathology, Divsion of Clinical Chemistry
Clinical and research interests include use of proteomics based tools to identify novel biomarkers for disease, ovarian cancer, and use of bioinformatics tools to address problems in clinical proteomics.

Anne M. Rompalo, M.D., Sc.M., Associate Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases
Medical Director of CDC's Region III Sexually Transmitted Disease/HIV Prevention Training Center
Research Interests include the development of better diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms for Sexually Transmitted Diseases, better STD control strategies, and further the understanding of STD/HIV interactions.

Roberto Salvatori, MD is Assistant Professor, Medicine, Division of Endocrinology JHU. Clinical interest is in disease of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. Research interests include genetic causes of isolated GH deficiency, metabolic effects of GH deficiency, pathogenesis of GH-secreting pituitary tumors

Lori J. Sokoll, Ph.D is an Assistant Professor of Pathology and Associate Director of the Clinical Chemistry Division. Her research interests include clinical and analytical aspects of tumor markers and immunoassay automation.

Kerry J. Stewart, Ed.D., M.Ed., M.A., is Associate Professor of Medicine in Cardiology at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine; Director, Johns Hopkins Heart Health. Dr. Stewart's clinical and research interests are in the area of exercise testing and training, and body composition of patients with coronary artery disease, hypertension, and diabetes, and coronary risk factor assessment and modification in adults and children.

Gary Wand is Professor of Medicine and Psychiatry as well as Director of Neuroendocrine services at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is an internationally recognized expert in the diagnosis and treatment of pituitary gland disorders

Amy Wisniewski, Ph.D. is Instructor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology. Dr. Wisniewski's research interests include long-term psychosexual development in individuals affected by syndromes of
abnormal sex differentiation.
